Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Pumpkin turkey chili is a great way to use leftover pureed pumpkin or butternut squash in a comfort-food favorite. This recipe not only tastes great, but is a wonderful source of vitamin A and calcium. The nutmeg can sweeten the chili slightly and bring out the flavor of the squash.
